It has been built at a total cost of Rs 920 crores.Palais Royale broke the record of Imperial Twin Tower that was the tallest building in India before Palais Royale came into existence. It has been constructed with the help of 30 international consultants and is owned by Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd.2. Imperial Twin TowerIt's a residential skyscraper that has twin towers and is situated at the sea front in Tardeo, South Mumbai. It was the tallest building in India till June 2012 when Palais Royale topped it.It has around 60 floors and its height is around 254 meter i.e. 833 ft. These towers are built on former slum land and this model was used for slum and mill land redevelopment across the city, and across India as a whole.The imperial towers were constructed in 5 years time. It was designed by renowned Mumbai architect Hafeez Contractor whereas the ownership belonged to realty firm S D Corporation Pvt. Ltd. 3. Lodha BellissimoLodha Bellissimo is the second tallest residential skyscraper that has 53 floors with a height of 222 meters i.e. 728 ft. It is situated at N.M. Joshi Marg, Mahalaxni, Mumbai. Lodha Bellissimo is divided in three sections A, B and C. It is owned by Lodha group.4. VivareaVivarea has three towers (Vivarea 1, Vivarea 2 and Vivarea 3). With its unmatched grandeur, Viveria stands apart so far India's tallest skyscrapers are concerned. It has 45 floors and it has a height of 200m i.e. 656 feet. Vivarea is situated in Mahalakshmi, Mumbai.5. Ashok Tower DAshok Tower D is situated at Lower Parel, Mumbai. It stands apart from the other three towers namely, A, B and C in terms of floors and height. While towers A,B and C are 31 storeys, Tower D consists of 49 floors and has a height of 193 meters i.e. 633 ft.6. The RubyThe Ruby is situated at Dadar, Mumbai.
