New Delhi: Eyeing to tap the competitive budget smartphone market, Gionee has launched a slightly iterated version of the Pioneer P2, called the Pioneer P2S.
Gionee Pioneer P2S offers a 4-inch touchscreen display and is powered by dual-core 1.3 GHz mobile processor. The device is available in white, black, yellow and red colour options for Rs 6,499.
The device comes with 4GB of internal memory storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB through microSD card with 512 MB RAM.
The smartphone offers a 5-megapixel rear camera, along with a VGA front camera. And for connectivity options smartphone also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and FM Radio as well.
The dual-SIM handset runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.
It packs with 1,600mAh battery which can deliver up to 12.5 hours of talk-time and 346 hours on standby mode.
Users can take selfies without touching the phone through V-gesture shot and click continuous shots of animals, people in action and full panoramic shots of great scenes.
Connectivity options include: 3G, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, GPS, among other features.
