New Delhi: Dell has launched the Vostro 15 3000 series laptops in India, targeting small business and professionals. The series starts with a price tag of Rs. 30,090.
The entire range of Dell Vostro 15 3000 Series feature a 15.6-inch, anti-glare display (1366x768p) and are powered by 4th Generation Intel ultra-low voltage processor with up to Core i5 performance and Intel Turbo Boost technology, up to 8GB RAM and up to 1TB hard drive. Dell claims the laptops offer up 6.5 hours of backup with a 4-cell battery.
The laptops are fitted with a textured cover in grey wave pattern and the base model weighs 2.38kg. These devices sport a big touchpad and a 10-key numeric pad.
The notebooks are based on 64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro though customers can also opt for 64-bit Linux or Ubuntu variants. There is up to 1TB 5400RPM SATA hard drive and built-in 9.5-inch SATA DVD read-write drive.
Customers can also opt for McAfee Security Center and Dell Backup and Recovery Manager to get security and backup support.
