Xolo Play T1000 sports an 8.0-megapixel rear camera and a 2.0-megapixel front camera. It comes with full HD 1080p video recording and playback capabilities. The smartphone does not perform well in low-lit conditions and the performance in well-lit conditions was okay. The camera offers a few settings including white balance and exposure. There are three scene modes — Auto, Night, and Sunset. The resulting images are pretty okay. The smartphone can record 1080p videos. The clips are saved in 3GP format. Similar to the still images, the videos lack detail.
The phone boasts of a 13.0-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and auto-focus, and an 8.0-megapixel front camera. The company has added a number of features to the camera including Burst mode, Smile/face detection, HDR, Panorama, Geo-tagging, Anti-flicker and full HD video recording capability. Comparatively, the Nuclea N1 offers better camera speficiations than Xolo Play T1000 which also reflects in the images taken in the low-lit and well-lit conditions. Besides, the N1 also comes with loads of additional features and has EIS or electronic image stabilization.
