New Delhi: Homegrown handset maker Xolo has launched the successor to the Q1010, the Q1010i, with an improved camera sensor. The smartphone is now listed on the company's site at a price of Rs 13,499.
The main highlight feature of Xolo Q1010i is its 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera, which features an Exmor R sensor with f/ 2.0 aperture and 5P lens module, alongside a 1.4 micron pixel size for enhanced image quality. It also packs a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device that comes with a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display and offers a pixel density of 294ppi. It also offers OGS (One Glass Solution) and Asahi Scratch Resistant Glass.
The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with a Mali 400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box; though the company claims is upgradeable to Android 4.4 KitKat.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The device gets its juice from a 2250mAh battery, which according to the official listing, delivers up to 19 hours of talk time and up to 732 hours of standby time on 2G network
The company has earlier launched the Q1010 in February at Rs 12,999.
