Samsung Galaxy S5 - 2.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM

Sony Xperia Z2 - 2.2GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, 3GB RAM

The S5 is powered by an updated 2.5GHz processor, a Snapdragon 801 as also featured in the Z2, with 2GB RAM of take care of multitasking. Users were expecting the company to launch the new Exynos processor with 3GB RAM.
