Previous leaks have revealed that Normandy comes with a Windows Phone-like UI. According to images, the handset looks much similar to Nokia's low-end Windows Phone devices.
As per the WSJ reports, Nokia's engineers were working on the Android phone long before Microsoft began conducting due diligence leading up to the purchase, and the phone is likely to make all the way to retail.
