New Delhi: MTS India has come up with a new mid-budget phone for Indian consumers, called the MTS Blaze 4.5. You can buy this phone directly from online retailer ThinkOfUs. The retailer is offering a 10 percent cash back offer, which looks to be inspired by Flipkart's buyback offer for both variants of the Moto G.
The smartphone comes with dual SIM (GSM + CDMA) support and features a 4.5" full touch capacitive TFT screen with 480 x 854 pixel resolution. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The MTS Blaze 4.5 runs on the older Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bea OS version.
The device includes a 5-megapixel rear and a VGA resolution front-facing camera. It also features 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPS, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The device gets its juice from a 1600mAh battery which the company claims to offer four hours of talktime and 250 hours of standby time.
Other features in the phone include gravity, proximity and light sensors.
The phone also comes with 100,000MB of bundled data for one year with the Blaze 4.5.
Last month, MTS partnered with Micromax and came out with Canvas Blaze HD.
