New Delhi: Lava has launched its new 3G-capable voice-calling tablet, the IvoryS, at Rs. 8,499.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) tablet that supports 3G connectivity. It features a 7-inch TFT LCD display with a 1024x600 pixels resolution.
It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT8312) Cortex A7 processor paired with a Mali 400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The tablet sports a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling.
It offers 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G and Micro-USB. The tablet gets its juice from a 2800mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time, and 8 hours of talk time.
IvoryS comes preloaded with apps, such as Opera, Hungama Music App, WhatsApp, PayTM, and a few EA Games titles.
Earlier, the company launched the QPAD e704 at Rs 9,999. It is a dual-SIM tablet with voice calling functionality.
