New Delhi: Intex has launched the Aqua Style smartphone with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, at Rs 5,990.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device and offers a 4-inch (480x800 pixels) WVGA IPS display. The device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3GHz with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The smartphone offers a 5 MP rear camera that allows you to take pictures in different modes including Panorama, HDR and Continous shot. It also houses a 2MP front camera.
"The Aqua range has been widely accepted by our customers across India. The Aqua Style has been designed keeping in mind, the need for style and quality. With Aqua Style, we aim to empower youngsters looking for a mobile that speaks about their personality," said Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Senior General Manager, Mobile Business, Intex Technologies (India) Ltd.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, A-GPS, and Bluetooth. It packs a 1400mAh battery. The Aqua Style will be available in Black and White colour variants.
Intex has also announced actor Sudeep as the company's brand ambassador for Karnataka.
