New Delhi: Handsets and tablets maker iBall has launched the Slide 7236 2G tablet in the Indian market. The tablet is now listed at Rs. 7,499 on company's website.
The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) tablet comes with voice-calling and dual standby. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and features a 7-inch WVGA (800x480 pixels) display. The device comes with a capacitive 5-point multi-touch display.
It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core ARM Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) alongside 512MB of RAM.
It offers a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a VGA front-facing camera also onboard. The Slide 7236 comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB with microSD card. The tablet gets its juice from a 2500mAh battery.
Connectivity options on the tablet include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, EDGE and GPRS. Notably, the iBall Slide 7236 2G tablet does not support 3G network connectivity.
