New Delhi: Chinese handset maker Huawei has launched four new Android smartphones - the Ascend G610, Ascend G700, Ascend Y320 and Ascend Y511 – in India. While the Huawei Ascend G610 costs Rs 12,999; Huawei Ascend G700 comes at Rs. 17,999; the Huawei Ascend Y511 is priced at Rs 7,499 and the Huawei Ascend Y320 is available at Rs 6,499.

Ascend Y320
The Ascend Y320 comes with a 4-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz Cortex A7 dual-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The device offers 2-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card along with a 1,350mAh battery, which the company claims is good enough for 4 hours of talk time and 300 hours on standby mode. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0. The phone competes against the likes of Micromax Canvas Fun A63 and Lenovo A369i among others.
Ascend Y511
The Ascend Y511 has similar specifications but offers a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) display, a better 3-megapixel rear camera, Bluetooth 4.0. It also offers slightly improved battery of 1,730mAh size, which the company claims is good enough for 300 minutes of talktime and 300 hours on standby mode. It costs Rs 7,499 and competes against the likes of Xolo A700.
Ascend G610
The Ascend G610 comes with a 5-inch QHD (960×540 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Cortex A7 quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It offers 5-megapixel rear camera alongside an LED flash and also includes a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded to up to 32GB using a microSD card and a 2,150mAh battery. It runs Android 4.2 with the company's Emotion UI on top. It is a dual-SIM handset with GSM+GSM support. It also includes sensors like G-sensor, light sensor and digital proximity.
