New Delhi: Apple is planning to launch a next-generation 9.7-inch iPad model next month.
Earlier, there were reports that the company will be launching iPad Air 3. However, latest reports suggest that an iPad device, which will be a new variant of the iPad Pro, will be unveiled at an event in March.
The device will come with Apple Pencil, the stylus pen that works as an input device for the iPad, reports said.
Reports say that the new iPad Pro will feature Apple's A9X processor with M9 motion co-processor and 4GB of RAM.
The company is also working on a smaller keyboard which can be connected to the 9.7 inch iPad Pro's Smart Connector.
It will also have the same quad-speaker setup as the iPad Pro with same color and memory capacity configurations.
At the same March event, reports suggest that the company will launch new 4-inch iPhone 5se with updated hardware internals.
The launch will also mark the discontinuation original iPad Air.
