New Delhi: Apple has given a mid-cycle spec bump for the MacBook Air. While design and weight of the device remain the same, the company has enhancing the processing power of the MacBook Air range of laptops. At the same time, Cupertino-based announces a steep price cut. While in the US it is $100 on each of the models, it is Rs 2,000 for each model.
After the price cut, the new prices stand at Rs 65,900 for the 11-inch variant with 128GB storage, Rs. 79,900 for the 11-inch variant with 256GB storage, Rs. 72,900 for the 13-inch variant with 128GB storage, and Rs. 86,900 for the 13-inch variant with 256GB storage.
The new devices match last year's model almost spec for spec: 4GB of RAM, 128 or 256GB of flash storage, a 1,440 x 900 resolution display, Intel HD 5000 graphics and a slim wedge frame with all the trimmings -- Thunderbolt and USB 3.0 ports and a SDXC card reader.
