New Delhi: AOC, an established Taiwanese computer display manufacturer, has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India, the AOC E40, at Rs 5,299.
AOC E40 is a dual-SIM device and features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display. The smartphone is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor (unspecified), coupled with ARM Mali-400 GPU and 512MB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Inbuilt storage includes 4GB, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). It packs a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and FM radio. The device is fueled by a 1600mAh battery which can deliver a talk time of up to 13 hours on 3G, and up to 15 hours on 2G. The smartphone comes in two colours - White and Black.
