New Delhi: The biggest problem a smartphone user faces is its battery. Most of us never have enough charge to go through the whole day. Fast food group KFC India has brought us the perfect solution with a 5-in-one mealbox that will come in a pack that can also charge your phone.

These limited edition KFC meal boxes will come with a built-in powerbank and a USB cord, and will be called Watt a Box. The powerbank will be powered by a 6,100mAH Lithium-ion battery charger.

However, these boxes are not for sale. But you can definitely get this by participating in a week-long contest on KFC's Facebook page or in limited stores in Mumbai and Delhi. The contest is very simple and you will have to tag that one friend whose phone is always out of charge and give a reason. Lucky winners will get this KFC meal box.

Lluis Ruiz Ribot, CMO, KFC India in a statement said, "We launched the 5-in-1 Meal Box in March this year with the objective of providing an abundant complete meal and at an affordable price for our customers. With the launch of Watt a Box, we have gone a step ahead and also introduced an element of utility into the box. Each one of us spends a considerable time on our smartphones daily, and the phone battery going dead is almost like a nightmare! No longer is that the case, with the Watt a Box around".

This is not the first time that food chains have tried to give a 'tech twist' to their offerings. At first Pizza Hut tried delivering pizzas in specially-designed boxes that could convert into pseudo movie projectors. The boxes had a pop-out hole on the side, and users had to slip in a lens into it. Recently McDonald's partnered with Rovio and Sony to create 360-degree videos. This video was intended to promote Rovio's Angry Birds movie.
