New Delhi: Motorola launched the Moto 360 Sport smartwatch in India. The company launched the sport version four months after the launch of the leather and metal variants in India. The Moto 360 Sport is priced at Rs 19,999 and is exclusively available via Flipkart.
The Motorola Moto 360 Sport aims at all the sports enthusiasts and athletes. The Moto 360 Sport features a rubber body and silicone straps. Silicone doesn’t absorb sweat and resists fading or staining proving to be the best for sports lovers. The smartwatch also includes side ventilation channels that help one stay cool. It also boasts IP67 certification making it resistant to water and dust.
The Moto 360 Sport smartwatch features a built-in GPS to track the distance ran as well as the route. It also boasts a heart-rate sensor, to monitor the physical exertion. It also includes gyroscope, accelerometer, altimeter, which together helps monitor physical activities.

The device comes with a 1.37-inch display with 360×325 pixels resolution and 263ppi density. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and features what Motorola calls AnyLight Display. This ‘hybrid screen’ automatically adapts to the light level indoors and outdoors, making the screen clear and sharp.
The smartwatch features a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor paired with Adreno 305 GPU and 512MB of RAM. It has 4GB internal storage, 300mAh battery and the company claims that the device will last a full day. In terms of connectivity the watch has wireless charging and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 4.0 LE. It runs on Android Wear, and is compatible with smartphones running on Android 4.3 or higher, and iOS 8.2 or higher.
