The LG G5 is available at a price of Rs 52,990 and can be compared against HTC 10, Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Apple iPhone 6s and others.

Price and availability: The LG G5 is listed on Flipkart with a price tag of Rs 52,990. Customers will also get an exchange bonus of up to Rs 15,000 that will bring the price of the smartphone down to Rs 37,989. Buyers will also get a free battery and charging cradle worth Rs 3,499, and can also opt for no cost EMI from Bajaj Finserv. Customers who will pre-booked the LG G5 will be entitled to a free LG Cam Plus companion device worth Rs 6,000.
First modular smartphone: The LG G5 is the first modular smartphone from a major manufacturer, which has a bottom sliding out, which allows hardware add-ons to be installed. The add-ons can be a replacement battery or a microSD card up to a whopping 2TB. There are some interesting add-ons like the Cam Plus, which is a plug-in grip that adds comfy-to-use physical camera controls (a shutter button and zoom dial) as well as 1200mAh of extra battery power.
