New Delhi: The wait for the Moto G4 is finally over. Motorola has confirmed the launch of its new budget model Moto G4 in India on June 22.
Last month, Motorola announced the Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 on May 17. The company released Moto G4 Plus in two variants - first is the 2GB RAM + 16GB storage variant and the second is 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, at a price of Rs. 13,499 and Rs. 14,999, respectively. The company had then promised to roll out the G4 in June.
Now, Motorola has officially confirmed the availability on Twitter.
Here are the 5 things you need to know about the Moto G4:
- Moto G4 will be available exclusively on Amazon India. Moto G series has become Amazon-exclusive from this year, which was earlier sold only on Flipkart.
- The Moto G4 features a metal trim. It has a sleek and slim body with a thickness of just 7.87mm. The smartphone has a textured finish at the back that offers a good grip to hold the smartphone.
- Moto G4 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has a 5MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus.
- Moto G4 is powered by Snapdragon 617 1.5 GHz octa-core processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card). It comes with Turbo charging and a 3,000 mAh battery and runs the latest Android 6 OS. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
