3- Obliging- First, get it straight that there are always people above an employee to whom he/she has to listen and obey. And doing so only proves that you are a thorough professional and doesn’t bring down your ego at any level. A boss always likes an employee who acts upon the said task without creating a fuss out of it. Make sure to be of such kind.
4- Action-oriented- It is one thing to put up a plan and another to pull it off. An organisation always needs someone who can act upon the ideas and is able to execute them in the desired way. So, here’s another must have quality.
5- Engaging- Other than the work front, there are certain criteria that employers base selections on. These are mostly based on your personality. Every employer would like to have an employee who could add a positive atmosphere and have good terms with the already existing employees. In short, you should know the art of engaging people.
