The ratings of Fitch, one of the three credit rating agencies along with Moody's and Standard & Poor's, impacts the economy of a nation as investors and top companies take them as one of the major factors in taking investment-related decision.

According to an exchange, the board has approved the sub-division of equity shares in the ratio of 10:1 (ten for one).
