And now just after 15 days, on May 16 the Chandra Grahan will take place during which the full moon of Vaishakh will be seen. On this day, the lunar eclipse starts at 07:02 in the morning and will end at 12:20 in the afternoon. The first lunar eclipse is all set to take place on May 16 and will begin at 07:02 in the morning and end at 12:20 in the afternoon.
Vaishakh Purnima Date 2022:
According to the Hindu calendar, the full moon date of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month is starting from 12.45 pm on Sunday, May 15, and will end the next day at 09:43 am on Monday, May 16. In such a situation, Vaishakh Purnima will be celebrated on 16 May.
Sutak period during lunar eclipse:
The Sutak period of the lunar eclipse will start 09 hours before the eclipse. However, the Sutak period is valid only at the place where the lunar eclipse is visible. The lunar eclipse will not be valid in the country where the lunar eclipse will not be visible.
Time of sutak period:
The Sutak period will start from 10.02 pm on May 15. The Sutak period will end with the end of the lunar eclipse.
