Anger is a person's worst enemy. Many of us struggle with anger issues and are short-tempered in life. We tend to get upset over the smallest of things and then later regret our behaviour. Thus, the worst decisions are taken under the influence of anger. 

Anger is an emotional issue but our temperament is also dictated by our surroundings and the movement of the stars. 1. Always keep your surroundings and workplace clean. It is believed that anger tends to affect anyone who is not mindful of cleanliness. Furthermore, a lamp should be lit in the east direction in the morning and evening in your house.

3. Turn Vegetarian. Eat food in moderate quantities. Avoid Tamsik food like onion, garlic etc. Avoid spicy or processed food. One should also quit sugar, alcohol, smoking and other addictive intoxications.

4. Sometimes, a person can get angry without even talking to anyone. The cause of such behaviour may be rooted in a person's mental and emotional state which needs immediate attention. When you wake up in the morning, it is advised to bow down to mother Earth. After this, keep the right foot on the ground first. Also, keep in mind that after leaving the bed, do not talk to anyone for at least 15 minutes. It is believed that doing this regularly pacifies anger.

5. People who get angry easily should wear a large size real pearl in a silver ring or pendant to control their anger. Pearls should be worn at least 8 to 12 carats, due to this the moon of the person is pacified and even when angry, you will be able to control it properly.
