THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman selected winger Javairo Dilrosun for the first time Friday for upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against France and Germany.
Dilrosun, who played in junior teams at Ajax and Manchester City before breaking into Hertha Berlin's first team this season, is the only new face in the 24-man squad.
The Netherlands is second in Group A, behind leader France. Koeman's young team beat Germany 3-0 in Amsterdam in its second match in the new competition after losing to France 2-1 in its opening match.
The Dutch take on France next Friday in Rotterdam before traveling to face Germany three days later in Gelsenkirchen.
