SELVA DI VAL GARDENA, Italy (AP) — Ramona Siebenhofer led the third and final training session Tuesday for a World Cup downhill.

Seeking her first career victory, Siebenhofer finished 0.07 seconds ahead of Austrian teammate Stephanie Venier and 0.24 ahead of Tamara Tippler, another Austrian.

The downhill race was scheduled for later Tuesday.

Skier-snowboarder Ester Ledecka placed seventh after leading the second training session Monday.

Nicole Schmidhofer, the Austrian who won the opening two downhills of the season in Lake Louise, Alberta, was 21st.

Siebenhofer's only career podium result was third in a downhill in Lake Louise three years ago. She also led the opening training session Monday.

A super-G race in Val Gardena is scheduled for Wednesday.

The races were originally scheduled for Val d'Isere over the weekend but were moved to Val Gardena because of a lack of snow in the French resort.

It's the first time the Saslong course is hosting women's World Cup races, having been a classic stop on the men's circuit for a half-century.

The course was shortened for the women and many of the technical sections were left out, including the camel bump jumps.
