BSF foils infiltration attempt at India-Bangladesh border, four Bangladeshi nationals arrested

The BSF foiled an infiltration attempt at the India-Bangladesh border in Murshidabad, arresting four Bangladeshi nationals with fake Aadhaar cards. An Indian tout was also apprehended for facilitating the illegal entry.

The Border Security Force (BSF) successfully thwarted an infiltration attempt along the India-Bangladesh border in Murshidabad, West Bengal. Four Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended for attempting to illegally cross the border into India using fake Aadhaar cards.

Fake Aadhaar cards seized

The arrested individuals were found with Aadhaar cards that had been fabricated in Bangladesh. According to BSF officials, the suspects intended to travel to Chennai using these counterfeit documents.

Indian tout arrested

In addition to the Bangladeshi nationals, an Indian tout was arrested for facilitating the illegal entry. The BSF has launched an investigation to uncover the network behind the creation of fake documents and cross-border smuggling.
