Stormy start to winter session of Indian parliament

Both the Houses of Indian parliament, Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, were repeatedly disrupted on the first day of winter session on Monday over children's deaths in Uttar Pradesh relief camps and the proposed Telangana state, and were adjourned till Tuesday.
