Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat resigns

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Tuesday met Governor Baby Rani Maurya at the Raj Bhawan here and submitted his resignation. Addressing the media later, Rawat thanked the party for giving him 'a golden opportunity to serve the people of Uttarakhand for four years'.
