Follow constitution to protect dignity of Madhya Pradesh: Guv Lalji Tandon

Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon left shortly after Assembly proceedings began. During his short address, Tandon said, "All must follow the rules under the Constitution so that dignity of Madhya Pradesh remains protected."
