Bengal Polls 2021: 55% voter turnout recorded in Bengal till 2 pm

First phase of polling for Assam and West Bengal assembly elections are being conducted today. Voters in 47 seats in Assam in the state's north-eastern region will be voting today. In West Bengal, 30 seats in the Jungal Mahal area in the south-western fringes go to polls today. 7 seats in Bengal have been identified as extremely sensitive.
