Sitaram Yechury Death: From Emergency Arrest to JNUSU Presidency | Sitaram Yechury's Journey
Veteran left-wing leader and former CPI (M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury passed away today at the age of 72. He had been receiving treatment for respiratory issues at Delhi's AIIMS. Yechury was admitted to AIIMS on August 19, first to the emergency ward and later shifted to the ICU.
