UP is on the path of development not on corruption and nepotism, says PM Modi

It is not that there were no plans for UP before 2017. Even when I got a chance to serve in 2014, the same efforts were made from Delhi. Then they used to get hindrance in Lucknow. Yogi ji is working very hard today. People of Kashi see that Yogi ji gives speed to the works by putting in a lot of energy. CM goes to every district. This is the reason that these efforts of change in UP are moving fast in making modern UP today.
