There is no prescribed time given to execute death sentence, says AP Singh
Advocate AP Singh appearing for 2012 Delhi gang-rape case convicts (Pawan, Akshay and Vinay) in Delhi HC said: "There is no prescribed time given to execute the death sentence by the Supreme Court and Constitution."
