Procession marking Muharram observed in Srinagar
Muharram is being observed in parts of the country on August 19 with restrictions due to COVID. Hundreds of Muslims attended a procession in JandK's Srinagar. Muharram is considered as the first month of Islamic calendar. 10th day of Muharram is called 'Ashura'.
