PM Modi pays tribute to Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Bangabandhu Mausoleum Complex, Tungipara
This was the presidential palace of Bangladesh founding father Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, who on August 15, 1975, was killed along with some members of his family in a military coup. Mr Mujibur had become president just four years after obtaining liberation from Pakistan.
