Over 1 lakh people booked since Delhi polls announcement: Chief Electoral Officer

Action has been taken against 96,355 and 6001 people under Delhi Police Act and Excise Act respectively informed Delhi Chief Electoral Officer, Ranbir Singh on January 30.
