Kathua rape-murder case: SC seeks reply from J&K govt over case transfer plea
The victim's father approached the Supreme Court, seeking security, safety and transfer of the case to outside Jammu and Kashmir. The apex court has sought a reply from the state government over the plea of victim's father.
