Heavy Rainfall In Delhi: Delhi became a river...red alert issued for rain today !
Due to heavy rain in Delhi on Wednesday evening, large parts of the city were submerged. A 22-year-old woman and her child drowned in Ghazipur. There was traffic jam in many areas and roads started looking like rivers, due to which people got stuck everywhere.
