Farmers say they will announce their future protest plan shortly after talks with Haryana officials failed. The farmers have been seeking permission to hold a protest march to the Karnal district headquarters. Farmer leaders are now headed to the Karnal anaj mandi (grain market). Sources will continue the protest march despite no permission from the administration.
