Ground Report: Delhi's first rain...conditions become deadly
Monsoon had not yet arrived properly and Delhi turned into water in the first rain.
Be it a VIP area or a common road, there is no one left who has not faced the brunt of rain. The roads of Delhi were flooded with 4 to 5 feet water. Buses, trucks and loader vehicles were half submerged.
