'Great loss for India': Kalraj Mishra pays tribute to late Kalyan Singh
Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra expressed his condolences on the death of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh who passed away at the age of 89 at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow on August 21.
