Criminal is a criminal, absolving him based on caste is incorrect: Bihar DGP
After police encounter in Kanpur against gangster Vikas Dubey, a discussion has emanated form certain sections to give an angle of caste to the entire case. In a conversation with India TV Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey protested such attempts and said that a criminal is a criminal irrespective of his caste.
