'Covid-19' outbreak: Death toll surpasses 1,300

The number of deaths in China due to Novel Coronavirus outbreak continues to surge. Over 1,300 deaths have been reported so far in the epicenter of the outbreak, reported CNN. World Health Organisation (WHO), yesterday officially announced the new name for coronavirus, responsible for thousands of deaths across the world. 'Covid-19' has been decided as the new name for Novel Coronavirus. The virus has spread to at least 24 countries, sickened more than 42,000 people worldwide.
