Panic has been spread in Jamia and Shaheen Bagh 3 times in the last 5 days. Meanwhile, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has instructed Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik to prevent outside and suspicious people from going to the protest site.
