Section 144 imposed in Hathras ahead of Priyanka, Rahul Gandhi visit to victim's house
Section 144 has been imposed in UP's Hathras, where a 19-year-old victim was brutalised and later forcibly buried by police, till October 31. Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi were detained on their way and were not allowed to meet the victim's family.
