PM Modi receives Russia's highest civilian honour Order of St Andrew the Apostle
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday, formally received Russia's highest civilian honour, the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called, which was conferred upon him in 2019. The award acknowledges PM Modi's significant role in advancing the India-Russia strategic partnership.
