Modi's single masterstroke has left his rival camp rattled. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik recently joined the 22 states which supported PM Modi's decision to reduce VAT on the price of petrol and diesel. However, there are some states which are determined to not follow these 22 states. And. it seems that anti-Modi gang is once again active.
