Aaj Ki Baat: Congress extends support to NC in Jammu and Kashmir

The process of forming the first government in Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 has started. Omar Abdullah will be the Chief Minister of Kashmir as he met Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and staked claim to form the government.
