Yogi Adityanath in Noida: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated multiple state development projects worth Rs 1,716.66 crore in Noida today (June 25). He also addressed a public meeting in Gautambuddh Nagar on Sunday as part of BJP's 'Maha Jan Sampark' campaign.
The development projects include Ved Van Park situated in Sector-78, a sub-station in Sector 123 which costs around Rs 142 crore etc. The Parthala Signature Bridge flyover was also inaugurated by UP CM Yogi Adityanath on June 25, giving big relief to commuters coming to Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will observe "Black Day" across Uttar Pradesh today to mark 48 years since the Emergency was imposed in 1975 by the then Congress government led by former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The Emergency was in effect from June 25, 1975, until its withdrawal on March 21, 1977.
TRAFFIC GUIDELINES FOR NOIDA COMMUTERS:
Earlier, Noida Police diverted traffic across the city. If you are planning to get out of the house on Sunday, then do read the advisory issued by the traffic department.
According to the advisory issued by the Noida Police, traffic will remain closed on both sides of the road from Sector-12, 22 Chowk to Metro Hospital Chowk on City Center Underpass Sector-39 to Vindhyachal Road. Traffic will remain closed from Sector-12, 22, 56 Tiraha to Rajnigandha Chowk via MP-1 Marg in both directions. Along with this, traffic will remain closed from Sector-31, 25 Chowk to Sector-8, 10, 11, 12 Chowk in both directions.
On the other hand, traffic will be disrupted in both directions from Sector-33 and Sector-53 Tiraha to Sector-33 Tiraha. Traffic will be disrupted for some time on the elevated road and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway from Sector-54 Chowki Tiraha to Jalvayu Vihar Chowk. Similarly, traffic will be diverted for a short time on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
Along with this, the road from Pusta Tiraha to Supertech/Omicron roundabout will be closed for a short time in both directions. Traffic will remain closed on the road from Supertech/Omicron roundabout to Sirsa roundabout and from Sirsa roundabout to Rampur-Fatehpur Tiraha to Adv Company.
CM Yogi will address a public meeting at Ramlila Maidan of Noida Stadium. Parking arrangements have also been made for the vehicles of those reaching this public meeting. People coming to the rally will park their vehicles in the parking lot in the empty ground located in Sector-25 near the elevated.
Ban on drone usage:
As Section-144 is imposed, so there is a ban on the usage of drones in certain areas today.
