Will Shaista Parveen surrender today? Speculations rife - what we know so far

Shaista Parveen News: The Uttar Pradesh Police has not yet been able to find Shaista Parveen, wife of mafia Atiq Ahmed, who was killed in Prayagraj last Saturday (April 15). There is a reward of Rs 50,000 on Shaista, who is also an accused in the Umesh Pal murder case. However, speculations are rife that she may surrender today at a court in Prayagraj.

Atiq Ahmed, his brother Ashraf and Shaista were booked in connection with the February 24 murder of Umesh Pal, a witness in the 2005 Raju Pal murder case.

Earlier, Shaista had written a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on February 27 in which she apprehended that top cops in the UP Police were planning to kill her husband and brother-in-law on orders of a minister.

Latest location of Guddu Muslim

The latest location of Guddu Muslim, the shooter and close aide of Atiq Ahmed's family who has repeatedly succeeded in dodging the police, has been traced to Puri in Odisha. According to information received from STF sources, Guddu Muslim has completely gone underground after the encounter of Asad, Atiq Ahmed's younger son, and Ghulam in Jhansi.

Life threat to shooters

The STF has received inputs that some of Atiq's close aides who are currently lodged in Naini Jail, Prayagraj, have ordered their operatives to target the three shooters who killed the gangster and his brother. According to the directives, all three shooters should be attacked in the presence of the police.
